The T Hotel Lounge, Training Restaurants and In-room Dining

The T Hotel offers a range of options for wining and dining, with two lounges, two restaurants, and In-room Dining.  The facilities are open to in-house guests and members of The Dining Society (TDS) only.

The Lounge
A bright, airy lounge is at the heart of the hotel. Relaxing in here or on the balcony, you can enjoy a panorama of hillside, sea and islands to rival many of Hong Kong’s picturesque scenes. Early evening is a particularly special time here, when you can watch the sunset below the western horizon.

Breakfast is served in the lounge. There is also all day dining menu, with a choice of international specialties. An adjoining bar serves drinks to help you unwind in the tranquil atmosphere. 

Open daily, 7:30am – 10:00pm.

Chinese and Western Training Restaurants
The training restaurants in The T Hotel are run by The Dining Society (TDS), a private members club which provides opportunities for students of HTI to practice, both their professional and communication skills in an authentic working environment. With mentoring, dedicated apprentice chefs create delectable cuisines, complemented by friendly service from the food and beverage students.

All The T Hotel guests become members of the society throughout their stay, so they can benefit from the restaurants’ service, and their wide ranges of superb value food.

Western Training Restaurant
The restaurant offers a selection of classical and contemporary European cuisine for lunch. 
Additionally, there are occasional special theme dinners with guest chefs scheduled throughout the year.
Open every Monday to Friday, 12noon – 2:30pm (except public holidays);
6:00pm-9:30pm (special days only)

Chinese Training Restaurant
Features an authentic array of Chinese regional cuisines prepared by students of the Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI).
Open every Monday to Friday for lunch, 12:00 noon – 2:30pm; and every Friday evening for dinner, 6:00pm – 9:30pm (except public holidays).

Sky Lounge
The Sky Lounge is also operated by TDS, and is an ideal venue to unwind after a hectic schedule or for a refreshing drink before a meal. 
Open every Monday to Friday, 12:00 noon – 2:30pm; and every Friday, 6:00pm – 9:30pm (except public holidays).

In-room Dining
Should you wish to dine in private, The T Hotel’s In-room Dining menu has plenty of choices, including pasta, salads and sandwiches.
Available 24 hours daily.
